Tiger Woods Jokes

Here are jokes about Tiger Woods. Enjoy them?

That's just one of many, many jokes making rounds in the aftermath of Tiger Woods' car crash and affair rumors. Some of the jokes are pretty good, others aren't pretty at all. Have you ever noticed how many golf jokes involve violence toward a spouse? There are plenty of those regarding Tiger and Elin, too:

The police asked Tiger's wife how many times she hit him. "I can't remember," Elin said, "just put me down for a 5."

Ping has a new set of irons called Elins. They're you can beat Tiger with.

What does Tiger Woods have in common with a baby seal? They've both been clubbed by a Norwegian. (Of course, Elin is actually Swedish. But poetic license is allowed in jokes.)
There are jokes about the affair rumors:

Did you hear Tiger changed his name to Cheetah?

Tiger's other women aren't misstresses. They're provisionals.

Did you hear Nike's new motto? Just do me.

And jokes about Tiger's car crash started surfacing within minutes of the initial reports of the accident, including these:

Tiger crashed into a fire hydrant and a tree. He couldn't decide between a wood and an iron.

What's the difference between a car and a golf ball? Tiger can drive a golf ball 400 yards.

Tiger Woods is so rich that he owns lots of expensive cars. Now he has a hole-in-one.

Tiger has a new movie coming out. It's called Crouching Tiger, Hidden Hydrant.

2.) Jamie Grubbs. The 24-year-old reality show contestant and cocktail waitress claims she carried on a 31-month-long affair with Woods until his crash last month. She offered a Woods voicemail to prove it. Jamie Grubbs

3.) Kalika Moquin. The 27-year-old club manager from Las Vegas is reported to have had a brief sexual relationship with Woods. She would neither confirm nor deny the report. Kalika Moquin

4.) Cori Rist. The 31-year-old swimsuit model reportedly met Woods at a Manhattan club last year before they began a sexual relationship that led to Woods flying her out to various secret locations for hook-ups, and her introducing the golfer to her 7-year-old son.

 Cori Rist

5.) Jamie Jungers. The 26-year-old, who sold her story to a British newspaper, is a former employee of Trashy Girls Lingerie. She said she met Woods in Las Vegas.

6.) Mindy Lawton. The 33-year-old pancake house waitress from Orlando claims she was dumped by Woods in 2007. According to the Post, it was her affair with Woods that was caught on camera by the National Enquirer, when he was snapped dropping her off at her trailer park. The threatening news later led to a Woods Men’s Fitness cover in exchange for the magazine’s silence about the alleged affair, the New York Post reports. Mindy Lawton

7.) Holly Sampson. The 36-year-old from Los Angeles is a former porn star, who has starred in such films as “OMG, Stop Tickling Me? and “Flying Solo 2.? According to the Sun, she has neither confirmed nor denied her affair with Woods. Holly Sampson

8.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 8. A former cocktail waitress from Orlando, Fla. does want to reveal her identity yet, according to her attorney Michael O’Quinn. But this she has said: at the time the affair allegedly began, she was 20 years old and met Woods at the Roxy in Orlando, where she was a VIP server.

9.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 9 is reported to be a “sexy? British TV presenter who was single at the time, but is now married.

10.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 10. is reported in a UK paper to be a “sex-addicted cougar.? Woods, 33, has apologized to his family, fans and colleagues for his “transgressions.?

Below is Tiger Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegrene. Elin Nordegren

Formerly virtually unknown, swimsuit model/nanny Elin Nordegren's celebrity status went through the roof after news of her relationship with golfing superstar Tiger Woods was made public in 2002. The sexy Swede's hushed marriage to Woods made headlines in October 2004. Although Elin has kept the two children she has with Tiger relatively out of the spotlight and has kept a low profile herself, save for her appearances at golf tournaments, Elin Nordegren made headlines again in late November of 2009 after Tiger Woods had a suspicious car crash leaving the home the couple share in Florida. Isn’t she the most beautiful one among Tiger Woods’ women? Tiger Woods and Elin_Nordegren

Tiger Woods will Suffer

After Tiger Woods confessed his infidelity in his private life and his marriage disturbance, does he can focus all his energy on his golf? It is impossible, according to Colin Montgomerie, European Ryder Cup captain.

Montgomerie, eight-time European number one, experienced divorce event in 2006 and could know the pressures for Tiger Woods will affect his performance.
Woods has taken an indefinite break from golf following a media storm that culminated in the world number one publicly admitting being unfaithful to his wife.

"It is absolutely impossible to play good golf (with all that going on)," said Montgomerie in an interview with Sky Sports.

"There was a reason why Tiger didn't win a major last year, the first year for a long time. We now understand possibly the reasons why.

"I can only speak for myself and say during a time like that you can just about make it to the next tee if you make a birdie or a par but with a bogey the world collapses around you," added the 46-year-old Briton.

Montgomerie said negative thoughts about his own private life were difficult to shrug off when he was going through turmoil.

"A round of golf is an emotional roller-coaster anyway," said the Scot. "I think it must have been similar for him.

"When you hit a shot and it goes left or right into the woods, immediately thoughts creep in during the long, two to three-minute walk to find the ball.

"It (the scandal) will impact on every tournament Tiger plays. Let's hope the tabloid press finish quickly and we get on supporting golf."

Montgomerie is one of the few top players to comment on the Woods situation since allegations about the 14-times major winner's private life surfaced after he was involved in a minor car accident outside his home in November.

"I think the mystique has gone," said the Ryder Cup skipper. "I think the mysterious nature of the guy has gone. He is suddenly, you hate to say, more normal now. Let's hope golf isn't damaged by that.

"There is no question there was an aura about Tiger Woods over this incredible record he has, not just in majors but in other world events.

"That wall has been split slightly and there are cracks. It gives us more opportunity to find ways of winning these events now and I am thinking of myself as well as my peers."

Montgomerie said golfers everywhere were appreciative of Woods's impact on the sport.

"I think it is like Arnold Palmer for the American tour in the past and Seve Ballesteros for us in Europe," he said. "We are playing for the money we are today because of those two players.

"With Tiger he became a global ambassador for golf, therefore the whole world of golf benefited from Tiger.

"We in Europe have benefited, as Asia has, as Australia has, as South Africa has, as America has. It is a great debt to him that we are playing and sponsorship is as strong as it is in golf right now."

Will Tiger Woods stay this rank?

It will not surprise you that Tiger Wood is No.1 in the Official World Golf Rankings, in recent weeks, there haven't been too many tournaments played, we wondering how long he can keep this. What may surprise you is how long he'll hold this rank.

In his column today, ESPN.com's Jason Sobel notes that "according to those who run the OWGR, if Tiger Woods continues his leave of absence into the summer, he likely won't lose his No. 1 status until June or July." There are six months from now and eight months from Tiger played a tournament last time.

Now, we all know that Tiger has put some distance between himself and the competition -- his ranking of 14.13 is nearly double second-place Phil Mickelson's 7.95, it is so high, and taking more than half a year off doesn't pull him down. Sobel thinks that's too much latitude to give a golfer, and I think that is right. It's stupid, like if one conference in college football didn't play a conference championship and so avoided the tough end-of-season test before skating into the bowls.

The World Ranking Points for each player are accumulated over a two year "rolling" period with the points awarded for each event maintained for a 13-week period to place additional emphasis on recent performances - ranking points are then reduced in equal decrements for the remaining 91 weeks of the two year Ranking period. Each player is then ranked according to his average points per tournament, which is determined by dividing his total number of points by the tournaments he has played over that two-year period. There is a minimum divisor of 40 tournaments over the two year ranking period and a maximum divisor of a player's last 60 events.

Mention of "divisor." That two-year provision seems to be the key point -- the idea is not to penalize a player too much for one brief bad patch. But as Sobel notes, by that standard you'd be including Tiger's two recent layoffs -- knee-induced and hydrant-induced -- and that by the middle of this season, assuming he didn't return, he'd have played only 19 events over the last two years. "Tiger Woods’ average points figure will drop each week he doesn't play and it will take until somewhere between the U.S. Open and Open Championship for his average to drop to where Phil Mickelson's currently is," the OWGR indicated. "If Mickelson plays well enough to maintain his current average and Woods doesn't play, then the No. 1 spot could change hands early July." And that's only if Phil continues to play well.

Some people say that Tiger is a wounded right now, that gave other golfers a big chance, and all the other golfers are gathering around, they want to bring him down. And when he was break, I'll bet he falls right on Rory Sabbatini.

Tiger Woods' Absence Is Making The Pga Tour Pay

Visit any country club in golf season and you’ll find caddies scrubbing, polishing, and cleaning the clubs that their golfers have abused. Now project that scene onto a far-grander scale and you’ll have some idea as to what’s going on in golf these days.

PGA officials and Tiger Woods’ advisers are toiling over the superstar’s badly scuffed image. They’re trying to figure out how to restore the innocent sheen to a personality who unfortunately adhered a little too closely to his chief sponsor’s slogan. He just did it. And did it. And did it.

In the months since Woods, his reputation tarnished by tabloid headlines, walked away, gold has developed a 19th hole. And millions of dollars from disillusioned sponsors and tournament patrons are being sucked down that hole every week.

Woods is the face of golf, the most recognizable athlete on the planet. And until he gets the egg off that face, there’s zero chance that the game’s finances will ever get back to par.

According to the Wall Street Journal, three of the Tour’s 46 tournaments in 2010 and 13 in 2011 don’t have sponsors. TV ratings without Woods have taken a similar nose dive.

It’s an all together too unpleasant reminder of what the Tour was like before Tiger.

Watching golf in the early ‘90s was like seeing “Cats? out of town.  There just weren’t many recognizable personalities and those there all tended to look alike, play alike, dress alike, and talk alike.

Jack Nicklaus was over the hill. Greg Norman couldn’t keep from choking himself. Nick Faldo was cantankerous. Corey Pavin had the appeal of Harry Reid. Freddie Couples was about as sexy as it got. As a result, you had to be a real golf devotee or a Johnny Miller fan to tune in on a non-major Sunday.

A decade-plus of Tiger-fueled growth was like steroids for the Tour. It developed muscles that allowed it to compete with the sporting world’s big boys. Today even Tiger’s supporting cast contains some interesting characters and recognizable faces: Phil Mickleson, Sergio Garcia, Rory McIlroy. The game is more international. You don’t have to belong to a country club to know about hybrids or club-head speed.

But even with Woods and the record purses his presence generated for the Tour, golf was slipping a bit.  According to the Journal, even with Tiger, TV ratings and participation were declining.

Less than 3.5 million watched the average final round in 2009, down from four million in 1999. And just over 10 percent of Americans six and over had played in 2008, down from 12. 1 percent in 1990.

Tour sponsors don’t figure to be coming back any time soon. Not with the game’s overarching figure embarrassingly smeared. Not with Woods out of the camera’s range for who knows how long. Not with the economy in the tank.

Commissioner Tim Finchem has no choice but to stay the course and hope that some young stud–Northern Ireland’s McIlroy or Japan’s Ryo Ishikawa–can win a major and excite a new generation of viewers the way Tiger’s riveting emergence did in the mid-90s.

But neither McIlroy nor Ishikawa–nor anyone else on the horizon–has Tiger’s sex-appeal–an attribute that formerly was thought of as a positive. And then there was Tiger’s racial cross-over appeal. Ishikawa’s rise would certainly intrigue Asian-Americans, but many of them–unlike African-Americans in the ‘90s—already are committed golf enthusiasts.

So what can a sport that finds itself, you should pardon the expression, in the woods do?

Nothing but count the days until Tiger returns with a set of clean clubs and a well-scrubbed image.

Why I’M Not Accepting Tiger Woods’ Apology

We all knew it would happen eventually - Tiger Woods has joined the pantheon of celebrities who have made a very public mea culpa for a very private affair.  On February 19, Woods gave a televised speech from the PGA Tour headquarters in Florida in which he apologized for the affairs he admittedly had with several women.  As I watched this public bloodletting it reminded me of the other notables who came before the public spotlight and admitted to and apologized for similar indiscretions.  You know the names – Bill Clinton, Elliot Spitzer, John Edwards, et al.  (At least Woods is to be given some credit for not dragging his wife Elin before the camera as the aforementioned did when it was their time for their public shaming.)

Tiger, looking very tired and deflated, stood before the cameras and apologized to – well everyone he could think of who may or may not have been impacted by these affairs.  So why did he apologize?  Did he do it as a method of self-flagellation?  Maybe.  Was it a carefully timed public relations move done to help revive his career?  Sure it must have been that too.  At first, I debated writing about this subject since in my post of Dec 12, 2009 I already stated that I believed the coverage of this story to be excessive.  Then I thought perhaps the point I made then needs to be re-stated.  Here goes nothing.

As I watched him apologize to his wife, Elin, his parents, his fans, his business partners…and anyone else within earshot, I began to wonder to myself who does he really owe his apologies to.  First let’s break it down:  Does Woods owe an apology to the game of golf itself?  I don’t think so.  I mean how many people who had ties to the PGA tolerated the rampant discrimination present in the game for years and not only did not disassociate themselves from it but did not offer an apology for it?  Also, where were Ty Cobb’s apologies to the game of baseball for his much more reprehensible behavior?

Did Woods owe an apology to the public?   I don’t think so.  Shouldn’t our amusement and entertainment excuse him from having to apologize to us?  Not only does he not owe an apology to the public but those of us who have let this story fuel our tabloids should actually be thanking Tiger for providing us with this current chapter in this man and his family’s excruciating drama.  His story has provided us with countless hours of media coverage, the tantalizing possibility of sex tapes and some more quasi-celebrities such as Tiger’s alleged former mistresses Holly Sampson and Joslyn James.  His affair has also given more work to publicity whore attorney Gloria Allred who represents James.  (Bringing Allred out of her crypt is one thing I may not be able to forgive Tiger for.)

Does Tiger Woods owe an apology to his fans and particularly the kids he works with?  Well I suspect that his fans should know that he is a human being and subject to the same vices that they are.  I also suspect that the parents of the children he apologized to should probably have told their children that Mr. Woods is a human being too.
Does Woods owe his wife an apology?  Of course he does.  He began his news conference apologizing to her but as Woods stated this act of penance should be between him and his wife.

So where’s my apology in all this?  I mean Joslyn James is demanding one and she voluntarily entered into a relationship with a married man.  I’ve been subject to this media circus just as everyone else in the world has been with even the Dali Lama weighing in on the matter.  I guess my apology was somewhere in the many apologies Tiger did give.  Yet, I don’t accept Woods’ apology because he doesn’t owe me one.  I guess I don’t want one because I never expected him to be more than human.  I guess I don’t want one and therefore wouldn’t accept one because I admire the man’s athleticism and never gave a second thought as to whether or not he would be faithful in his marriage.  I don’t and didn’t feel it was my place and of course it’s not.  I guess I’m waiting for the paparazzi to apologize to Woods for stalking his child.  I’m waiting for James’s to apologize for using Wood’s predicament as a way of expanding her quasi-celebritydom.  I guess I’m waiting for Allred to apologize for being the quintessential sleaze-bag attorney.  I guess I’m waiting first for those of us who slam his infidelity but at the same time are entertained by it.  I guess I’ll have a long wait.

Three Tips From Tiger Woods

Most Americans knew that Tiger Woods made his public apology from the clubhouse at the TPC Sawgrass, home of the PGA tour. His mother and people he had worked with were in the room. His wife Elin was not present.

While some may not agree with me, I felt there was sincerity in Tiger's apology. I don't think that it is easy for him to show his feelings, judging from past history.

Here are three tips that the Tiger Woods' apology can serve as an example to us:

1. Do not make excuses for your actions.
An apology, followed by an excuse cancels out the apology. The person who is hurt does not deserve an excuse. Even if there really was something that caused the person to do what they did, (such as stress, pressure, etc), it is not the appropriate time to bring it up.

Tiger did the right thing. He did not make excuses, such as being a "sexual addict" or having to be too focused during childhood (on golf). Even though these two reasons could have been the two things that made Tiger do the things that he did, he did not bring them up. That took a real man to just be responsible for everything and not make excuses.

2. Admission of guilt.
One cannot truly be sorry for anything unless he first admits guilt. Tiger Woods certainly did that. He took full responsibility for his actions.

3. Action speaks louder than words if one is sorry.
In his personal relationship with his wife, Tiger said his "real apology to her" would come by his actions, not his words.

This was the best part of this apology. Tiger admits he has a lot of work to do and that his apology (per Elin) will not be complete until his behavior has turned around.

So many things about writing that I have learned elude me. However, I always remember this statement, "show me, don't tell me." (Don't tell me the hero of a story is charming, wonderful, etc., but show me by the way he acts in the story.). This "don't tell me, show me" can definitely be aplied to an apology.

I think Tiger Woods apology was sincere and one we will remember. It was not stiff.

The Free Dictionary gives two meanings for an apology:

(1) To make an apology; acknowledge, and express regret for, a fault, wrong, etc. and

(2) to make a formal defense in speech or writing

It is never too late to right the hurt you have caused other people. I think we can all learn from Tiger, because he did make a complete and sincere apology.

Tiger Woods Fart Video - Tiger Woods farts at the Buick Open on Sunday

Click here to watch Tiger Woods fart video

Tiger Woods was caught on tape passing gas at the 18th hole during the 2009 Buick Open. He's standing next to his caddy and they both crack up afterwards like a couple of kids.

The thing funny is the Tiger Woods fart video is getting more attention than his win of the 2009 Buick Open.

Info About Tiger Woods:

Eldrick Tont "Tiger" Woods(born December 30, 1975) is an American professional golfer whose achievements to date rank him among the most successful golfers of all time. Currently the World No. 1, he was the highest-paid professional athlete in 2008, having earned an estimated $110 million from winnings and endorsements.

Woods has won fourteen professional major golf championships, the second highest of any male player, and 69 PGA Tour events, third all time. He has more career major wins and career PGA Tour wins than any other active golfer. He is the youngest player to achieve the career Grand Slam, and the youngest and fastest to win 50 tournaments on tour.

Woods has held the number one position in the world rankings for the most consecutive weeks and for the greatest total number of weeks. He has been awarded PGA Player of the Year a record nine times, the Byron Nelson Award for lowest adjusted scoring average a record eight times, and has tied Jack Nicklaus' record of leading the money list in eight different seasons. He has been named Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year a record-tying four times, and is the only person to be named Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year more than once.

Since his record-breaking win at the 1997 Masters Tournament, golf's increased popularity is attributed to Woods' presence. He is credited for dramatically increasing prize money in golf, generating interest in new audiences as the first person of African American descent to win the Masters, and for drawing the largest TV audiences in golf history.

Near to Tiger Woods

Eldrick T. Woods is one of us. Tiger is just like you and me. He occasionally throws a club when he hits a bad shot and he uses a port-o-potty when there is no other option.

If not for the 14 victories in majors, the hundreds of millions of dollars in winnings and endorsements, and his standing as the most famous athlete on the planet, Tiger would be just another guy hacking his way around TPC Boston in this weekend’s Deutsche Bank Championship. He shot a 1-under 70 yesterday and is seven strokes off the lead.

But you’re still wondering about the trip to the port-o-potty, right?

It’s true.

I saw it with my own eyes.

Tiger had just hit his tee shot on the par-4 ninth, his final hole. While Steve Stricker and Heath Slocum prepared to hit their drives, Tiger walked to his left toward one of those smelly-but-necessary units that are part of outdoor events around the world. A police officer stood guard while Tiger opened the plastic door, went inside, closed the door, and did his business.

This is standard stuff, of course. The pros are out there for five hours, hydrating along the way, and they’re not always handy to the clubhouse or a private hospitality tent.

Still, it’s different when it’s Tiger.

"Sometimes people applaud him when he comes out,’’ said the Globe’s crack golf scribe, Michael Whitmer.

Hmmm. That’s a little weird. Sort of like the way you treat a 3-year-old in training.

Way to use the potty, like a big boy!

Thank goodness the Tour provides players with units inside the ropes. Better chance for privacy. Less chance of overflow.

Call me naive, but I just figured Prince Tiger Woods would have beautiful girls throwing rose petals in his path, and a private bathroom with gold fixtures near his person at all times. I don’t think any Pope John ever used a portable john. Why Tiger?

He is, after all, the richest and most decorated athlete in the world. His presence is what brings casual sports fans to golf. It is Tiger who produces the television ratings and the big purses. Every golfer on Tour should send Tiger a royalty check at the end of the season - fund a private bathroom-on-wheels.

Happily for golf fans of New England, this is Tiger’s tourney. He won it in 2006 and tied for second in 2004 and 2007. Last year he was on the shelf after knee surgery, but he has had a partnership with the Deutsche Bank Championship since the tourney’s inception, with event funds directed to the Tiger Woods Foundation.

"I’ve always liked this area,’’ Tiger said Thursday. “I’ve played well here, and the people are thoroughly enthusiastic about the sport.’’

There was plenty of enthusiasm everywhere he went yesterday, but his shot-making was not up to Tiger standards.

"I really didn’t do much of anything positively today,’’ he said. “I didn’t feel good over any shot today and didn’t drive it very good, hit my irons worse, and didn’t make any putts. Other than that it was a good day.

"Most of the putts I hit today, if anything they were lacking pace. They were kind of rolling by about 6 inches past the hole, maybe a foot. I just wasn’t carrying enough pace to the hole.’’

It wasn’t the greens. Woods played alongside first-day leader Stricker, who shot an 8-under 63 and looked like he was putting into an oil drum.

It was poor putting that cost Tiger the PGA a couple of weeks ago, and a blown 6-footer on 18 last Sunday cost him a playoff with Slocum at The Barclays.

But it wasn’t just the short game that bothered Woods at TPC Boston.

I felt terrible over any tee shot,’’ he said. “Didn’t matter what club it was, whether it was an iron on a par 3 or a drive or any hole. I didn’t feel great over any shot. It was one of those days.’’

Tiger’s frustration boiled over after an errant drive on the fifth hole, his 14th hole of the day. He chucked his driver into the tall grass and it took awhile to find the club. Something your boss or brother-in-law would do. These kind of demonstrations have marked Tiger’s major-less season.

Longtime Sponsors Are Sticking With Tiger Woods, So Far

The world's most famous golfer, who offered a "profound apology" Wednesday, might find new deals hard to come by, according to marketing experts, and the loyalty of existing sponsors could be tested by any additional tawdry stories or his reluctance to address the issue publicly.

Nike, Gatorade and EA Sports all released statements Wednesday expressing their support or commitment to Woods, and Gillette said it had no plans to change its marketing programs. AT&T declined comment.

"These are people who are invested with him in his foundation, his golf courses, across the board. So they're part of his family, too," said Schwab, who also links companies and celebrities for branding opportunities.

In fact, cutting ties with Woods now could actually hurt a company, Schwab said."Brands look at how impactful a spokesperson can be for their for brand but also what the public outcry or public opinion would be," he said. "If a brand drops him, there could potentially be negativity toward the brand for doing so.

"That's why brands typically weather the storm." But companies that may have wanted to align themselves with Woods might rethink that - particularly companies whose target audience is women or children. Part of Woods' appeal has been his pristine image, off the course as well as on, and events of the last week have tainted that, making him an easy target.

Jay Leno poked fun at Woods during his show Tuesday night. Spirit Airlines is trying to capitalize on his troubles, too, offering an "eye of the tiger" sale, which they're promoting with a video that shows a tiger in a baseball cap driving an SUV into a fire hydrant.

Zeta Interactive's "Zeta Buzz" mines more than 100 million blogs, message boards and social media posts to analyze the feelings of potential consumers. In the past, terms most associated with Woods were "Masters," "golf" and "winning," Zeta CEO Al DiGuido said. In the last week, that's changed to "affair" and "cheat," DiGuido said.

The tone of posts has also changed, he said. Before the car crash, 91 percent were positive. That's now down to 74 percent. The volume also has skyrocketed. Zeta Buzz found 900 posts related to Woods on Tuesday; from midnight to noon Wednesday, there were 2,000, DiGuido said.

"As much as he wants to put this behind him, what's happening now is the alleged scandal is starting to fuel the buzz, and it's not positive for Tiger Woods," DiGuido said. "The volume is continuing to grow and the negative side of it is getting more intense.

"It would be something that (if you're a sponsor) you would watch pretty closely because it starts to take on a life of its own."

It's not just Woods who stands to lose. The Tiger Woods Foundation provides educational resources to disadvantaged children, with a $25 million learning center in Anaheim, Calif., and plans to build another in Washington, D.C.

"With respect to the sponsors and partners, they've shown a tremendous amount of support in us and this event, and they've been supportive of the foundation and they've been proud of the work we've done the past 13 years with more than 10 million kids," Greg McLaughlin, foundation president and tournament director for Woods' Chevron World Challenge, said this week.

"A lot of kids need our help and want our help, and we're going to continue to grow our foundation and provide valuable services to these kids," he said.

Woods, who backed out of the tournament after the accident, again pleaded for privacy in his statement Wednesday, saying "problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions." But that's not going to be good enough, the marketing experts said.

Questions will continue to be asked until Woods himself answers them, they said. And the longer he goes without facing the public, the more fans and consumers will question the faith they had in him. ( Tiger Cancels Meeting With Police, Remaining Details Private )

"Sponsors are going to listen to the people who buy their products," said Michael Gordon, CEO of Group Gordon Strategic Communications in New York. "If he handles it well, and he still has the opportunity to do that, he can put this to bed. Currently, the way he's handling it is failing.

"The language in the statement is perfect," Gordon added. "But he needs to come out and humanize it and say those words and answer a handful of tough questions on the subject. The more he avoids direct media contact, he creates more scrutiny of the situation."

Tiger Woods Divorce - Will It Happen?

The newest rumor to hit the news is that Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren are going to be getting a divorce.  Despite winning the Athlete of the Decade, the rumor of the divorce is making headlines throughout the world just as his affairs have been.  How much longer will Tiger and his wife remain in the news?  How many more women will continue to surface?  Only time will tell.

** Should Elin Nordegren Divorce Tiger Woods? **

Vote Yes or Vote No

(Voting gives you a chance to win a wal-mart gift card)

On December 16th, 2009, Tiger Woods was chosen as the Athlete of the Decade by members of The AP in a vote.  Some people may believe that he doesn't deserve this award after the recent news of Tiger's personal life.  However, this award is chosen based on the accomplishments of the last 10 years.  Despite the problems Tiger has faced lately, this doesn't change the fact that Tiger deserves this award for everything he has accomplished in sports.

Woods, who has only made a total of three comments since his ordeal on the weekend of Thanksgiving, has yet to give any comment for receiving the award.  Expect a comment soon.  The news for his award comes as rumors have surfaced that his wife plans on leaving him soon.  According to sources, "Tiger will never change."  Apparantly, Elin has made up her mind and plans on leaving him very soon.  Chances are, she will take off to her brand new, multi-million dollar Swedish home that Tiger built for her.  I am not jealous at all...

Elin to Tiger Woods - Golf or Me!

Elin Woods is a good woman because she has taken full control of her marriage the way a good woman should. No longer will Mr. Tiger Woods be allowed to tour on his own. The name Tiger fits his hunting nature, always hunting for new offerings on the golf course and elsewhere. By not walking away from her marriage with Tiger, Elin has definitely elevated herself has the bigger person and the ultimate champion.

Now by dictating to Tiger what he should and should not do, Elin has taken the reign as the true champion and big boss in the Woods household. According to many sources, Tiger Woods’ wife demanded that he only goes on golf tours under her watchful eyes. Never again will Tiger be allowed to roam the golf courses and fairways alone.

Tiger was very smart in regards to his plea for forgiveness; he uttered the words that all women want to hear: “I am sorry.? He acknowledged that he is in fact an infidel, but one that needs a second chance. He proves his true mettle by offering to give up the only game he loves with all his heart and soul, just so that his marriage can be saved, and so that his wife Elin can see that he means business and is willing to do whatever it takes to win her back.

The world’s most famous golfer is a man with urges for other women like all men. He just hasn’t mastered the thing called self control as yet, in regards to wanting more ladies on his five iron. A strong man is a man who can control his urges for the ladies at all times. So, the world has finally found out the weakness of the worlds’ most outstanding golfer. In fact, everyone of us has weaknesses, but no one could have expected that Tiger Woods’ weakness would have been a few porn stars, cocktail waitresses, and a hot party promoter to name a few.

What triggered Elin to finally suspect that Tiger was engaging in extra marital affairs? No one will ever know! One thing is for sure, she takes no nonsense from anyone including the world’s most famous golfer. She didn’t waste any time breaking out the five iron to break out a few windshields. Elin is gorgeous, nice, and beautiful, but she wheels a mean five iron as we all know by now.

Tiger Woods should get a lot of credit for realizing that Elin is the most important woman in his life. At the very least, he didn’t settle for the other ladies on the side and totally eradicate his marriage. He still had a little sense, and held on for dear-life; in fact, his marriage is still on life support, but it seems as if it will pull through, thanks to the most important woman in his life (Elin). Elin should get the most credit of all for not yielding to public pressure to get rid of the Tiger for good.

Tiger like other men are always fantasizing about other ladies. It doesn’t matter if the man is married. The nature of a man is to always try to get into new businesses on the side with a cutie. However, Tiger allowed his fantasy to become a reality and when this happens, it usually spells trouble. Now he has learned his lesson the hard way to always keep fantasy in its rightful place and don’t allow it to spill over into reality or else he will always end up in a ditch with a few broken windshields and a wife standing over him with a golf club.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10

Tiger woods will continue drawing public’s attention.

EA Sports, one of the sponsors  (like Nike) that has stuck with scandal-besieged golfer Tiger Woods, has a new product out. It's called: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10.

You are offered the chance to, yes, "Feel the drama." Well, OK,  that's one way of saying it. And it is repeated, "Feel the drama of playing tournament golf with Tiger Woods."

That's drama, right now anyway, that you can feel only by playing a video game, so it is truth in advertising. Because we're not quite sure when Tiger will actually play tournament golf.

This announcement was shared today and, even if it is premature, it begs us to remember that Tiger Woods is a philanthropist whose foundation has had a positive influence on many lives. Why has this not been mentioned as often as the less salacious stories?

Another option is that he leaves golf and become a philanthropist like Bill Gates. The world would be in his debt.

"Tiger Woods has been out of the public eye for 48 days ,he never took his ping g15 driver-- but Russell Simmons claims the golfer is doing a good deed.

Simmons, who has been encouraging his Twitter followers to donate to Haiti relief funds, tweets, "Tiger woods is doing something AMAZING!!!!"

He elaborates on the PGA star's alleged plan to help Haiti, writing, "I heard Tiger Woods is donating to send a cargo plane with a mobile hospital out there. Keep ur prayers high!"

wish Tiger Woods can regain frame. his marriage end but his life must continue.

No Doubt,Tiger Woods Endorsements Are Safe

The car accident happened on Tiger Woods on Friday afternoon has coursed wild public concern, all new reports about him followed fast, such as Tiger's alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel(photo enclosed) etc. Now, people are doubting whether Tiger Woods endorsements are safe.

The 2009 Sports Illustrated Fortunate 50 List reported that Tiger Woods' total earnings were down about $28 million last year, but for the sixth-consecutive time he topped the list by bringing home an estimated $99,737,626. To put that number in perspective, Phil Mickelson came in a distance second with and estimated $52,950,356, while LeBron James is is reported to have made $42,410,581.

As CNNMoney's David Goldman wrote in an excellent article Monday afternoon, Tiger's sponsors are standing by him, and will likely continue to do so. Here's why: Tiger has not been formally charged with anything. Tabloids and pundits are writing that Woods needs to address the rumors that are swirling around the Internet, but legally, Tiger is not required to speak to anyone.

With that in mind, why should companies like Nike, Accenture, AT&T, Tag Hauer, Gillette, and Gatorade even consider changing, or ending, their relationship with the man who is one of the most iconic figures in sports?

Sure, if the circumstances surrounding Woods's car cash change in the coming days or weeks, companies might reconsider their association with Tiger accordingly. But as Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said in a statement, "Contrary to various media reports, the Florida Highway Patrol has not made any comments regarding the details of the ongoing crash investigation involving Tiger Woods as it relates to medical information, or any other aspect of this investigation."

So don't look for Fortune 500 companies to start changing their marketing plans simply because Tiger Woods is the target de jour of tabloids. And to Tiger's fans, stand by Tiger as usual.

Tiger Woods to take 'indefinite' leave from golf

Tiger Woods said Friday he is taking an indefinite leave from golf to try to save his marriage, the biggest fallout yet from two shocking weeks filled with allegations of rampant extramarital affairs.

"I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person," Woods said on his Web site.

Woods and his wife, Elin, have been married five years and have a 2-year-old daughter and a 10-month-old son.

The announcement came two weeks after Woods crashed his SUV into a tree outside his Florida home, setting in motion a stunning downfall for the world's No. 1 player who for 13 years rarely made news off the golf course. One woman who said she had a 31-month affair with Woods shared a voice mail that she said Woods left her two nights before his Nov. 27 accident.

"I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children," Woods said. "I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try."

Woods has not been seen in public since the accident.

He gave no indication when he might return in what could be a pivotal year as he pursues the record 18 major championships won by Jack Nicklaus. Woods, who did not win a major this year, has 14.

The Masters, where Woods has won four times, is April 8-11. The U.S. Open is at Pebble Beach, where Woods won by a record 15 strokes in 2000, and the British Open returns to St. Andrews, where he has won twice by a combined 13 shots.

It will be the second straight year that a PGA Tour season begins without its star player. A year ago, Woods was recovering from reconstructive knee surgery that kept him out a total of eight months.

This is different.

"We knew before he was coming back," said Steve Stricker, one of Woods' favorite players on tour. "Now, we're not sure when he's coming back. But this sounds good. I hope everything works out for him."

The PGA Tour supported the decision.

"His priorities are where they need to be, and we will continue to respect and honor his family's request for privacy," PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem said in a statement, the tour's first public comment since Woods mentioned his "personal failings" and "transgressions" in a Dec. 2 statement. "We look forward to Tiger's return to the PGA Tour when he determines the time is right for him."

Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, told The Associated Press that it was the right decision for Woods and his family.

"The entirety of someone's life is more important than just a professional career," Steinberg said in an e-mail to the AP. "What matters most is a young family that is trying to cope with difficult life issues in a secluded and caring way. Whenever Tiger may return to the game should be on the family's terms alone."

Craig Parry, who played a practice round with Woods in Australia last month, said Woods brought the problems on himself.

"What he did was totally wrong," Parry said at the Australian PGA Championship. "And he's got no one to blame except himself. You can look at other people, but he's the one who's got to look in the mirror."

John Daly, who is going through his third divorce, said he has been trying to reach Woods and "he just didn't want to talk to anybody."

"I feel if there is anybody in this world who could give him some advice ..." Daly said in Australia. "I hope we get him back soon. They always say there is no one bigger in golf than the game itself. But Tiger is."

Woods was out of action from July 2008 until the end of February this year, and television ratings dropped 50 percent. The tour is trying to renew a half-dozen title sponsors, and it is to begin negotiations on the next television contract later next year.

As for Woods' corporate endorsements, all have stood by him for now.

"Tiger has been part of Nike for more than a decade," Nike said in a statement Friday. "He is the best golfer in the world and one of the greatest athletes of his era. We look forward to his return to golf. He and his family have Nike's full support."

Meanwhile, Accenture no longer has an image of Woods on the home page of its Web site. Earlier this week, Woods standing amid cactus plants studying his next shot was among three rotating pictures on the home page.

AT&T said it supported Woods' decision.

"We are presently evaluating our ongoing relationship with him," the company said in a statement. Not only does Woods carry the AT&T logo on his golf bag, the company is the title sponsor of his PGA Tour event over the July 4th weekend.

Steinberg said it would be "premature and inappropriate" to talk about Woods' specific business relationships.

"Suffice it to say, we have had thoughtful conversations and his sponsors have been open to a solution-oriented dialogue," Steinberg said. "Of course, each sponsor has unique considerations and ultimately the decisions they make we would fully understand and accept."

Earlier this year, Woods became the world's first athlete to surpass $1 billion in career earnings, according to Forbes magazine. His sponsors include Nike, Gillette, AT&T, Gatorade and Tag Heuer.

Woods last played a tournament Nov. 15 when he won the Australian Masters for his 82nd victory around the world.

Stricker, who went undefeated as Woods' partner at the Presidents Cup, said his leave was the right decision.

"I think it's great that he's going to put his family first and work things out," Stricker said from Naples, Fla., where he is playing the Shark Shootout. "Golf will always be there. He wants to make sure his marriage is right and everything is good on the homefront. We'll sure miss him on tour until he gets things taken care of."

Woods also indicated he would step away from the work of the Tiger Woods Foundation, which has served some 10 million children.

"There are millions of young people who have truly changed their lives through the foundation's programs, and millions more still counting on us for help," Woods said in a separate statement through his foundation. "I am committed to them and to the foundation's excellent work, and I know my staff will continue these efforts during my absence."

Tiger Woods Affair storyline

An early morning car crash outside his home in Florida has led to a public relations meltdown for champion golfer Tiger Woods.

Scratches sustained in the accident may pale into insignificance given the damage to his image caused by a string of tabloid claims, and the knock-on effect it may have on multi-million dollar sponsorship deals.

Here is how the drama unfolded.

November 27

- Reports emerge that Woods has been injured in a car accident near his Florida home after colliding with a fire hydrant and a tree.

- Florida Highway Patrol issue a statement which says no alcohol was involved but that charges may be pending.

- A joint statement from the hospital and Woods' office was released, reading: "Tiger Woods was in a minor car accident outside his home. He was admitted, treated and released in good condition."

- US gossip websites begin speculating that the incident may be connected to reports earlier that week in the National Enquirer alleging an affair with New York nightclub hostess Rachel Uchitel

November 28

- Florida Highway Patrol confirm they have been unable to speak to Woods and his wife, Elin, about the incident saying the pair were "not available to be interviewed by state troopers, as we had previously scheduled".

November 29

- Woods enlists lawyer Mark Nejame to represent him. Nejame later cancels another meeting with Florida Highway Patrol but provides the statutory requirement of driver's licence, registration and proof of insurance.

- Woods releases a statement on his website admitting full blame for the incident. The release continued: "I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again. This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumours that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible."

November 30

- Woods confirms he will miss his own tournament, the Chevron World Challenge.

- Florida Highway Patrol issue another statement distancing themselves from reports they were seeking a search warrant but confirm they have yet to speak to the golfer.

December 1

- Woods is issued with a traffic citation for careless driving and a 164 dollar fine. Officials declare the investigation over, confirming no criminal charges would follow.

- Florida Highway Patrol public affairs officer Sergeant Kim Montes responds to speculation by insisting: "There are no claims of domestic violence by any individual. We believe this comment and our crash investigation report will speak for themselves."

December 2

- US Weekly runs an interview with waitress Jaimee Grubbs, who claims she had a two-and-a-half-year affair with the golfer.

- Woods pens a new, emotional statement on his website. Comments include: "I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behaviour my family deserves. I am dealing with my behaviour and personal failings behind closed doors with my family." He goes on to criticise media intrusion, adding: "Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions."

December 3

- Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik says he owes Elin Nordegren an apology for introducing her to Woods in 2001. "We probably thought he was a better guy than he is," Parnevik says.

- Rachel Uchitel, who previously denied reports she had an affair with Woods, cancels a planned press conference due to "unforeseen circumstances".

December 4 - 11

- A flurry of claims are made by other women alleging to have had a fling with Woods. Among those alleged to have bedded the golfer are a porn star and a pancake house waitress. At least ten women have been linked to Woods in tabloids and US showbiz websites.

December 8

- A woman is rushed to hospital from Woods' home in the early hours of the morning. The patient is later identified as Woods' mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg, who is later released back to Woods' Florida mansion.

- Sports drink firm Gatorade becomes the first company to drop its endorsement of Woods.

December 9

- The growing impact of the allegations on Woods' earning power starts to emerge after adverts featuring Tiger Woods are found to have disappeared from prime-time US television broadcasts.

Nielsen, a New York-based consumer research company, produced a study showing Woods has not appeared in a prime time television commercial in the United States since a November 29 Gillette advert.

- A US politician retracts his bid to get the sportsman recognised with the US's highest civilian honour.

California representative Joe Baca had put forward legislation in March calling for Woods to be recognised with a Congressional Gold Medal for promoting good sportsmanship and breaking down barriers.

But in a statement he says that he would no longer be pursuing the honour on Woods' behalf "in light of recent developments".

December 10

- Rachel Uchitel, the US socialite at the centre of the Tiger Woods affair allegations uses a magazine interview to deny she is a "home-wrecker" or "tramp".

The 34-year-old nightclub hostess told OK! magazine: "In every story you need a villain and a hero. I've been characterised as a villain."

December 11

- Jamie Jungers ( Photo closed ), one of Tiger Woods' alleged mistresses, says she was left broken-hearted following the end of their relationship.

The 26-year-old, who claims to have conduced an 18-month affair with the championship golfer, tells NBC's Today programme that she got "nothing out of this relationship but a broken heart".

- Woods releases most personal statement yet, saying he is taking an "indefinite break" from golf and apologising for his "infidelity".

Tiger Woods And Wife - How She Could Of Found Out Sooner

Tiger Woods and wife: A tragedy, but could she have found out sooner and maybe not have the media all over them? What could she have watched for?

Sick and tired of leaving the house each day, not knowing if your husband is going to cheat on you? Are you wary of being intimate with him for fear that he has slept with someone else and could be passing something on to you? It seems as though everyone knows what your husband is up to except you. End the humiliation by learning to pick up on the signs of a cheating husband. No more whispering behind hands and pitying looks!

What tools do you need? Knowledge and software.

You feel powerless and your life is out of control. You're sure he's cheating, but how to prove it? This is one thing where you must not leave traces. To be wrong would be to kill your relationship.

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?:  Keeping It All Hush-Hush. A computer is a silent servant, but it yields its secrets if you know how to twist its tail. If your husband is cheating on you, whom he communicates with and what is said becomes of critical importance for him to hide. Therefore, take note if he decides to move his computer to a different location. Another indication of foul play is his changing or adding a password to his files. Does he get upset when you go near the computer when he is using it? Why would he do that? In fact, intentionally disturbing him when he is online is a good way of getting a feel for what he is doing.

If your husband is dabbling in an affair online, he will be engrossed in what is on the screen and it is likely he will get upset when you come upon him unexpectedly. If he closes his browser quickly as you show up, take this into account in your deliberations. That is another sign that you can focus on. Why won't he be open about what he is doing?

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?: He's Changed So Much! A good sign that his heart and mind are no longer focused on you is a change in his personal habits. Chat lines become very busy after dark and before dawn. If he comes to bed late or is up very early, it would surely be interesting to find out who he is talking to and what the subject of the conversation is. His odd-hour talks with his new love interest will tire him out. There will be little time or interest in intimacy or communication with you.

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?: What Happened To The Neat And Tidy Guy He Used To Be? If given a choice between talking online to his lover or washing your underwear or cutting the grass, which do you think he will choose? Clothes piled high by the washing machine and the sink holding two days of dishes (if he used to help with these) are all indicators that his interests lie elsewhere. All of these chores take precious time away from his lover, time he is not going to give away. His love affair will cost you and your relationship dearly. So, poor housekeeping is another sign of something going on.

Online affairs take many shapes but they generally share these characteristics.

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?: Gathering Long-Distance Evidence. When your husband is in a different location than you, it is easy to let the element of doubt plague your mind. The temptation for him to cheat is strong because the geographical location enables many men to have indiscretions with little fear of being caught. This is especially true when the affair is over a long distance, perhaps separate countries, as they don't have the comfort and reassurance of physical contact with their partner on a regular basis.

You have no way of knowing for sure what is happening so you have to rely on your gut feeling to sense what the situation is like at his end. But, what do you do when your faith is not enough to overcome your lingering fears, your festering doubts?

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?: For You - Resisting Retaliation. After the initial shock that it could even be happening, many women vow payback, revenge, and one of the more common reactions in terms of payback is the temptation to have an affair in retaliation.

It would be criminal to accuse him of cheating and then find out you were wrong. You have to make sure!

You believe you've been cheated on. It hurts like hell. You want revenge, but will it make the pain go away, will your heart hurt less? Does the prospect of getting revenge with another man make the pain lessen or is something inside of you hinting that it would be one of those things that would haunt you the rest of your life? An eye for an eye never worked and never will. This is not a right or wrong judgment on my part. I urge you to follow your conscience.

If you are serious about going through with a retaliatory love affair, think it through again. How do you think you will feel at the exact moment that you are getting revenge against your husband with another man. How do you think your heart will feel after? Do you want this on your conscience? If its still not bothering you, go for it.

Tiger Woods - What Should She Have Been Aware Of?: Make Certain That You Are Not Misreading your Husband's Actions. There is too much at stake.

If you are open to new ideas and technologies, you have a good chance of finding  the information you desperately need without you're being detected and without there being any chance of his catching on to you. Stay open minded, be willing and diligent. You will either find out for sure that he is cheating or rest in peace after finding that you had misread his actions. Either way you win.

The answer is closer than you think.

Tiger Woods in Theatres

The story of Tiger woods, in its deep side, resembles to the life-time experience of boxing fighter Mike Tyson who experience the peak of fame, being rich and the glory of being the world's strongest man, not to mention earning the nickname of the most feared boxer on the planet.

From the other side, Tiger Woods is also suffering from the decline that Tyson had once endured from after a series of rape accusations, ears biting and off the boxing ring fights! For Woods, the fight was a duel with his Swedish wife, who discovered a long list of infidelity affairs conducted by Woods.

The bad times started during Tiger Woods knee surgery, when the golf news started tackling the best golf player in the world with critics about the bad golf scores and golf results due to NOT-Winning a major golf tournament throughout the 1st half of PGA Tour 2009. Nevertheless, an alcohol - driving accident, with his Cadillac Escalade, sparked the sports news and golf rumors that amassed Woods with a large criticism campaign which led him to take a time-out from professional golf courses and golf clubs.

The richest sports athlete in the world was earlier dumped by his marketing affiliates (Gatorade, Tag Heuer, Gillette and Nike). How Will Tiger Woods Survive? Read it on

Tiger Woods Scandal - The Truth Behind His Golf Business Has Yet To Be Revealed

The Truth Behind The Tiger Woods Brand -

Everyone knows that Tiger knows that he has built a golf empire over past few the years. Golf has given him the ability to generate revenue from endorsements such as apparel, books, games and etc. He has strategically positioned himself in such a way that these revenues function as derivatives to pay him and his family over and over again. In essence the Tiger Woods brand/image is an icon to golfers across the globe, because there is no one that can deny he is one of the best at his business. THAT WAS UNTIL THE 2010 SCANDAL!

Basically what has changed -

Too bad for the Tiger Woods brand/image (and unfortunately for his immediate family), his personal set backs may negatively impact on his business in 2010. Unless he can remain focused and somehow restore his image in the public eye, the Tiger Woods brand/image and business will ultimately suffer in the short term. It does not have to suffer? But it does not have to be that way for his business. Nor does it have to be that way for internet marketing or online businesses. In fact, because of social media sites like FaceBook, YouTube and Twitter, the online marketing business is thriving in 2010 and well beyond. And yes they are free advertising platforms for all types of opportunities. But only if they are used correctly.

The correlation between Tiger and Branding -

So exactly what does Tiger Woods and internet marketing have to do with a home based business opportunity? In a one word answer, they correlate with branding an image that is recognizable. The Tiger Woods association with golf is synonymous, because he has branded his image to represent one of golfs elite players. Successful internet marketers have learned this and have built their home based business empires by replicating the process. The brilliance behind the Tiger Woods model is that he figured out this one simple strategy. Once the dust settles, he will continue building the Tiger Woods name in association with golfs elite again. This will once again provide him with derivatives that will pay him and his family over a lifetime. But knowing how competitive Tiger is, the setback will only be temporary. Tiger will be back and his image will be bigger than it was before.

Techniques like these for your internet business?

If you’d like to learn more about building an online business opportunity by branding yourself, then I want to personally show you how. Leave Me Alone - Tiger Woods

Well did Tiger Woods say that in real? I don't know but i'm sure he would have wished to tell that or would have atleast told that in his mind. So what's all the hipe all about - Sex scandals? If you consider that human beings are being subject to sex scandals since the inception of humanity. It would have been not much of a hip during olden days. With the media becoming so prominent in the average citizen's life, these sex scandals got all the attention. Hey, there is a lot of money involved okay. Huge money for the media, huge money for the women who accuse these guys of getting involved with them and lot of satisfaction for the human mind to read, see and enjoy all this happening around.

So is it all new.Not at all right? Everyone knows about the old news of two upstanding moralists, David Vitter former Republican senator, and Randall L. Tobias, former head of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), had been exposed as clients of the “DC Madam,? Deborah Jeane Palfrey.Bill Clinton sting with Monica Lewinsky, Jennifer Flowers, Juanita Broaddrick was also a huge hipe. While he was the only president to be impeached for oral sex (eventhough he denied it), he is not the alone for being undone by their desires.

Luckily for Bush, little attention has been paid to the alleged sex scandals that took place while he was Texas governor (Probably it would have been hiped if anyone had a clue that he would become the American president in the future). He has been the subject of two sex scandals that were successfully dismissed as crank complaints. The first involved a criminal complaint and lawsuit of rape by Margie Schoedinger that took place in 2000 and who later allegedly committed suicide; the second was an accusation by Tammy Phillips, a former stripper, of having an affair with Bush that ended in 1999 and she later disappeared.

Having said that all the mentioned scandals above were invloved with political figures, is Tiger Woods the first one to get invloved in such a scandal from the sports arena? No No No No.....There have been quite a lot right..America’s gravest sex scandal involving an athlete ruined the life of Johnson, the first African-American world heavyweight-boxing champion. In a celebrated fifteen-round outdoor match in 1910, the black upstart knocked out James the “Boilermaker? Jeffries, the former world champion and “great white hope.? The victory led the newly-formed federal Bureau of Investigation to probe Johnson’s sexual relations with white women, often prostitutes. He was prosecuted under the now long forgotten, but still in force, Mann Act, that makes crossing a state line for sex a crime. Johnson was convicted, fled the country, returned and served a year in the Leavenworth penitentiary. When finally freed, his life was ruined.

In 1973, two New York Yankee lefthanders, Fritz Peterson and Mike Kekich, introduced wife swapping to professional sports and all Americans. They were best friends and lived near each other in New Jersey. In ’72, the two athletes and their wives attended a “swap club? at the home of New York sportswriter Maury Allen. The following spring, they showed up at training and announced that they had swapped wives over the winter. Peterson traded wife, Marilyn, two kids and a poodle to Kekich for Susanne, the two Kekich kids and a Bedlington terrier.

In April 2000, Chmura, a tight end for the Green Bay Packers, was arrested for sexual assault and child enticement. His child’s former babysitter claimed he raped her in the bathroom at an after-prom party. After a bruising trial, covered on Court TV with tireless commitment to recount every sordid detail so as to uplift the viewing audience, he was acquitted.

In October 2005, seventeen members of the Minnesota Vikings football team, including quarterback Duante Culpepper, Fred Smoot, Bryant McKinnie and Moe Williams, along with some eighty other people, attended an all-day fete on Lake Minnetonka, MN. Apparently, prostitutes from Atlanta and Florida were flown in for the party and some, but not all, of the players performed sexual acts in front of the crew. Smoot and McKinnie pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and each paid a $1,000 fine and

“Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game?is proceeding

After Tiger woods’ sex scandal, worrying about the effects many sponsors gave up advertisements about woods. However?EA?his long period friend still kept  the relationship with him?then launched the game named “Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online?.

EA has already announced that "Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online" will proceed as planned. The same goes for their other Tiger Woods releases, and they now claim that sales figures since Woods' public problems haven't given them reason to change their forecast. You can see tiger woods with titleist ap2 irons again.

"We haven't seen an impact," EA Sports president Peter Moore told GameSpot. "We looked at December sales and then we looked at the year as a whole. The situation with Tiger unfortunately happened over the Thanksgiving holiday going into the holiday selling period, but there was no degradation of sales we could see." yes,the golf brand callaway still sell like hot cakes ,tiger woods don't effect them .

That doesn't mean that Moore is above giving Tiger a few soft words of encouragement to return to the greens, however.

"Like all golf fans and people involved in the business that is Tiger Woods, we wish him the best with some of the challenges he's going through with his family right now, and we give him the privacy he asked for as regards his indefinite leave from golf," Moore explained. "But we also hope to see him back on the course as soon as possible." Do you want to become famous golfers, there are discount golf clubs offered to you.

Do you think EA's making the right decisions with Tiger?

Why Is Tiger Woods So Good?

I was watching Tiger play in the tour championship yesterday.  Although I don’t really play that much golf I enjoy watching Tiger play.  Never has an individual so undeniably dominated a sport.

I have a friend who is a very good golfer.  He actually tried to make it on the pro tour for a couple of years.  But as good as he is those guys playing on tour are consistently playing on an even higher level.  And then you look at Tiger Woods and he exceeds them all.

Tiger Woods wins about 1 in every 3 tournaments.  This year he won 6 tournaments.  For many pro golfers 6 may be a lifetime goal.

How does Tiger do it?

Tiger is a master of staying in the Now—of staying in the present moment.

Tiger does not let his thoughts stray to the future or dwell in the past.  He keeps his mind centered in the present and the task at hand.  Under the pressure of performing in a golf tournament with millions of fans watching your every move, staying as present as Tiger does is nothing less than amazing.

Staying in the present moment brings clarity and focus.  Not concentrating on the shadowy phantoms of the future lets you know what needs to be done now.

Tiger is not worried about what the millions of fans are thinking about him.  Tiger is not projecting himself into the future concerned with whether or not he is going to win the tournament.  Tiger isn’t concentrating on the money he is going to be winning.  (Actually, I’m sure money isn’t even a factor for Tiger any more.  Which is a definite plus for staying focused.)

Tiger is in the Now.  He is taking each step one at a time.  Walking from fairway to the green, each blade of grass is crisply in view.  He is aware of each footstep.  The sound of the fairway turf crushing beneath his Nike golf shoes echos in his ears.  Tiger Woods is alive.

With our imperfect, ego addicted minds it is impossible for anyone to constantly stay in the Now and Tiger is no exception.  We have seen Tiger have off days.  We have seen Tiger scramble around the golf course and miss putts that normally he could have sunk if the hole was twice as small.  In those moments Tiger is no longer in the Now.  His mind has taken over.  The past and future are dominating.

But more times than not Tiger can calm and silence his mind-- a necessary step for entering the Now.

In most tournaments a new golfer rises to challenge Tiger.  Another golfer has entered the Now and is capable of challenging Tiger.  Sometimes they succeed.  But how many times do you see them leave the Now?  When Tiger is trailing in a golf tournament how many times do you see Tiger’s competitors make mistakes and their golf score plummet.  They have left the Now.

Tiger has the ability to go into the Now and stay better than any golfer that has ever lived.  Tiger can immerse himself so completely into the Now as to seem to make magic happen.  When Tiger is fully in the Now, is when he runs away with tournaments.  That is when no other golfer in the world even has a chance at beating him.

Tiger Woods is so good, because Tiger Woods is in the NOW.
